I ordered this product on the 7th of April 2024 and it is now the 29th of May, more than 7 weeks later - still no product. I am seriously unimpressed. I have been in touch with the seller and they do reply but they keep telling me that it was sent with a top quality courier and it should arrive soon. It is now 7 weeks after the date of purchase which I would not call 'soon'. What can I do to make sure this product purchased is delivered to me?
