Received a FULL REFUND…After receiving a BROKEN ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER…Went back and forth with the seller…Seller didn’t acknowledge request for a replacement… I had to have eBay step in … day offered me $10 refund and keep broken screwdriver… then they offered $13 and keep the broken screwdriver and try to fix it… I had to tell them again….I WANTED A FULL REFUND!!! Several more times… And finally after several days… They send me a full refund… And said I could keep the broken screwdriver… REALLY
