We don't know who on eBay you spoke with, as they did not sell you the product - yet somehow they are confident to say the item was 'tampered with' which is false and irresponsible on their part. Our company sourced this product directly from the brand, so we can assure you there was no tampering. The likely outcome was that the product was damaged during shipping or the adhesive wore off that connects the tube to the outer shell (case). In any case if you are not satisfied please open a return.
