Item never showed up. Raised a dispute with ebay and seller did refund me, but it took two weeks since ordering the card. The tracking number provided never worked, so I'm not even sure the item was sent.

There was no tracking as you did not opt for any tracking service. You remained on the free postage option which is 2nd Class delivery. We have to give it some time as the item may have been delayed and receiving a refund after 2 weeks is extremely reasonable.
