Great packaging, great shipping, it works, correct color, condition... is decent. I wouldn't say "95% perfect" when there is a large scratch on the screen, though. Additionally, this is a G977N, not a G977U (which is what the auction stated), meaning it's a South Korean phone rather than USA. It is unlocked and I can use it, but it's loaded with Korean software I can't remove. Seller - please be more accurate. I'd give this experience a B-
