Have contacted seller a number of times as item was damaged/ When shipping box was opened I removed the plastic carrier which contained the comforter set and found a slit on the side of the plastic and comforter was slit as well behind it. Seller asked for photos, which I sent a number of times. They claim they never received them & sent me a photo of the box they shipped. VERY UNHAPPY AS I HAVE LOOKED OR THIS SET FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND NOW I CANNOT USE IT AND AM OUT OVER $200 WITH SHIPPING

This customer's situation has become complicated because she claims that the product arrived with the box destroyed and she had to throw it away, in addition to the fact that the product was damaged. We asked for photos of the damaged product to file a claim with the shipping company, but we never received them. We contacted the shipping company and they sent us photos showing that the box was in perfect condition when it was delivered. We let the client know and this is her reaction.
