Seller sent false tracking information. Even after my dispute has been resolved in my favour the item is still showing as in transit despite sellers tracking information showing it was returned 7 weeks prior to delivery due date

Our logistics provider attempted to deliver the package to the buyer more than twice, but the buyer refused. We sent a proof of rejection and asked the buyer to pick it up, but the buyer was unwilling to pick it up, causing us great losses. The buyer claimed that they did not receive the item, but in reality, they refused our package. A complete scam!
