    Everything went great... untill i opened the package. one peice was cracked in half, the other the arm was cracked off. I sent the seller a message. I said I cant believe he would put this box in another box with one sheet of paper between. No bubble wrap not even some crushed up news paper between to cushen any falls. And that with glass I at least expect 1 sheet of bubble wrap. The sellers response was that the glass company spent much money on the boxes for them. and that should be enough....

    what was actually stated was Indiana glass company spent a lot of money on research to ship there glass safely. I increased the safety by putting there box in a double corrugated box to ship to you to not take away from the NOS that you purchased. you were instantly refunded and there was no mention of broken items until after i left you positive feedback so JS. kinda fishy
