    The seller and I agreed that I would cancel the purchase of the item on the day that I had put a bid in on it. I then was charged by the seller for the item and had to fight to get my money back. Then the item was tracked for shipping and I was charged almost $20 for a shipping fee. The item was never shipped, why am I being charged a shipping fee for an item that was never shipped? Why has customer support not helped me in any way and the seller refuses to deal with me anymore?
