Customer is making false claims about the condition of the item in an attempt to steal from me. There is still an open case on this item. Buyer is claiming that the unit won't hold a charge and overheats but that the screen wont turn on. Explain to me how you know the battery won't hold a charge if the screen doesn't turn on? The listing photos clearly show the unit up and running without any issues. This dishonest person has damaged the unit and now expects me to eat the cost of their mistake.
