It’s an impressive meter. It uses a 9 V battery and it uses two AA’s. I checked it accuracy with my Hewlett-Packard it’s very close for what it offers. It’s worth the money and I would buy another one. The one thing I love about it is when you’re working with the meter that has a mirror. A lot of people don’t understand parallax that’s critical if you want to be electrician now I also have a meter fluke, they were very close together but for the features and being able to go up to
