    Purchased 8/1. Label was created 8/4, but didn't ship. Seller ignored my message on 8/7, asking when it would be shipped. Opened eBay claim on 8/11 and item was shipped 8/12. Blamed on USPS with a far fetched story. Previous neg feedback, but since more recent was pos, I thought it would go OK. Box arrived smashed from not enough packing material and dolls limbs and head were turned wonkey to fit in box. Doll was advertised wrong, but I knew when I bought it. Won't be purchasing from this seller
