- seller response curt & unhelpful telling me to request refund through ebay , when confirmed response from ebay that i cannot canc order as they suggest told me to contact ebay so acknowledgment they have not dispatched my item and refusal to refund very poor - now going through ebay complaint , all avoidable but sellers very unhelpful attitude

Absolute nonsense. The buyer FAILED to send the correct personalisation. REFUSED to reply to any message in regards correct personalisation. Became hostile & aggressive (which is their style if you check their feedback left for others). Wanted a refund, was told to put through a cancellation which they REFUSED to do, then was told to contact eBay Customer Support for assistance which they REFUSED to do also. So not only is the buyer lying on their feedback, they actively sought to be difficult!
