Item was shipped quickly to me and received it less than a week after making payment. Item wad brand new and sealed. My wife is a big fan of Totoro and she loves it! A small but very beautiful water feature. You can use 4 AA batteries or a type C USB cable to power it. It also has 2 modes, to let the water run continuously or the water will flow for a 5-minute period when it detects sound. Thank you seller for the wonderful product! 😊
