Neck pocket onn the guitar body much larger than advertised specifications, to the point that it was unusable. They spent 2 weeks not accepting a return request, and offering ridiculous low ball partial refunds; like $4, $8, etc. I finally accepted a $18 refund because I was tired of fooling with them. Other than a customer who completely destroyed and returned a new item that I sold to them, this is my worst experience on eBay, and I've been a member since January 1997.
