"Won" the item, but then the seller cancelled order (initially without any message, apology or explanation), then re-listed the item in a new auction, initially even at higher starting price, and suddenly with exorbitant international (ebay) shipping. Tried to calmy resolve (and explain this was an important item for a work project) in numerous polite messages, but to no avail and in the end without eve a reply. This is not okay, to put it very diplomatically.
