Communication great,willingness to help & sort out any issues was really greatly appreciated,sufficient efforts were made to fix any issues however the actual product is garbage &only works with 1 side at a time connected to the splitter,both sides work individually however once using both ports @ same time only 1 side will work @ a time b 4 disconnecting after a short time ( 30 seconds minimum) if it allows signal transfer at all . The neutral would be negative if not for the efforts of seller.
