Actual bore is 20.6mm which is a good fit to a 20mm shaft with room for a little grease. OD is 89.6mm, close enough to 90mm for a floor jack. So this generic 3 or 4 ton replacement wheel should work just fine. Since the width differs from the original wheel, a few 13/16" flat washers will be needed as spacers.
