Hi - Yes it is best if you read the size and the description - This is not listed as a Flash Patch so will not be the size of a flash patch. The stated size in inches and centimeters would also make it not a flash patch. It seems you keep getting this wrong and leaving negative / neutral feedback when you receive something as advertised but not what you dreamed or imagined or hoped it would be.
