Book's condition was listed with description: "Very Good . . . . no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins."
In the book shipped to me, 158 pages -- nearly every page of most chapters -- have a prior reader's pen-ink underlining or margin-markings. If this item had been accurately described, I would not have ordered it.
A recurring pattern of hit-or-miss quality control in sending the customer the described item is an effective way of losing sales. I request a refund.
