Was not like the picture. Quality was horrendous. Necklace was tangled. Do not buy this. Don’t advertise false information. Be honest with pictures. Quality should be better. Price was cheap though. And way to much tape with the packaging it was only tape no box and took a while to figure out where to cut.

Great customer service. Prompt posting & delivery. Only I would not add so much cello tape on the packaging- as the glue gets so sticky with the summer heat making it impossible to open the box. Taping just around the edges should work fine- not the whole box. Thanks
