You paid the cheapest shipping (first class) despite that I sent it to you express mail, you expected the product to arrive in 2 days because you were in a hotel. I sent it the same day and the purchase arrived according to the estimated date indicated when you made the purchase. If you wanted it immediately you didn't have to buy online but in a store.
