I have started with this producted almost a week now.. I have actually felt the effectiveness of the product..you will be " regular if you lacked in that department of using bathroom ,frequently.. i had stomach spasms. I felt my tummy working an tension in i wasn't able to consume alot of food so it minimize potions of ..kept me from over eaten . BUT upset with the shipping arrangements.. I wasn't able to track package an delivered on schedule timing..however that wasn't the seller's fault.
