The quantity of actual gold plated items in this lot was low. I was expecting a half pound of gold plated items. I received some zinc, iron, and various non metallic materials mixed in. The added watch doesn't really make up for the lack of recoverable gold plating. I used a product to strip away the plated scrap and solution doesn't show positive test results for gold. This happens when the quantity of actual gold in solution is so low it becomes difficult to detect. Extremely low grade.
