After multiple messages to and from I’m still getting the same response from them, ordered a parcel shelf repair kit which consists of clips to fix both sides (as per picture and description).
Only had one pair of clips to fix one side, messaged them for a resolution but keep responding with a generic message and not listening to my complaint. Won’t be using this company again ! I’ve been buying car accessories for 15 + years not had this awful service before now !!!!!!!
