    Seller contacted me 5 days after purchase to inform me they could not find the item but had one place left to look. I let them know I need it in less than 2 weeks for an anniversary gift and to cancel if not found so I can find a replacement. I asked the next morning if they had found it. No answer. That evening asked them to please cancel. It's now been 3 days since they first reached out, 8 days since purchase. No further communication since, after acknowledging the urgency of my situation.
