Beware this item, it’s not the authentic Hitachi brand. It’s made by Vertex. The vender claims it’s authentic but it’s not. I message the seller letting him know that he’s advertising an authentic original magic wand but it is not, I told him I want to return it and to send me a refund l! So far he/she haven’t responded respondingThis is not powerful as the original and the quality is really bad Poor. Don’t waste your money, I don’t recommend it!
