Once again seller doesn't have the lighter to sell, they list lighters they are bidding on in Japan and if they don't win the excuses come. He said it was leaking, I said this was OK as I would fix the leak he then said "I told the repairman that this lighter can't be fixed, but he said he could buy it back for $10. So I sold it to him for $10. Was I deceived by him"?
It is only the poor buyers who are deceived. Not a good scam!
