Delivery was much later than promised and entirely sub standard!
When I contacted the supplier they blamed both courier and the Bank Holiday weekend. I explained that my purchase was placed with them, based on THEIR delivery time-frame and THEIR preferred courier. They were quite rude and abrupt in their reply and accepted no personal blame whatsoever. Instead they blamed ebay and the courier solely.
CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I responded to every demanding message you sent in a timely manner, providing the best customer service I could for this circumstance. I only suggested the 4 day bank holiday weekend may have resulted in the delay with your estimated delivery. Your order was shipped within my dispatch deadline as promised - I could only apologies for the delay. Your package arrived a few days later than estimated.
