While the item is functional, the system freezes every time after the camera app is opened and says to power down, possibly due to issues with the camera function. Other than that the rest of the functions work as expected and product in good used condition. Options were returning for a refund or sending in for repair myself with the seller covering the cost, both would be a waste of time. Planning to keep since I can still play games on it at least

I did not expect it to arrive with box and all the manuals - and even included 2 controllers as opposed to the one shown in the images!
The console and controller themselves are extremely clean and bright, and the system works perfect. Shipping was also pretty quick!
