Really HEAVY DUTY, unlike the previous tube I got which only CLAIMED to be heavy duty. Around 3mm thick using ONE layer, as some companies like to combine the two layers and measure them together & claim they are offering 3mm. This tube is the REAL DEAL. Also, easier to install than a standard duty tube, harder to ever pinch it, just blow it up a little when inside and then release most of the pressure and then start putting in the tire with 3 two foot spoons and no cussing.
