I dont think the seller can do anything about this, but this item was not authentic. It's one of those cheaper recreations of the original figure. The box Ciel came in even has a mistake on the top, it says Sebastian. The plastic of the horse is extremely cheap and scratched. Gonna have to look elsewhere but you guys got my money, I guess. :(
