It came brand new but as i start to really configure the controller from the app on the xbox the right sticks default center deadzone is slightly pushed up sitting still compared to the left one that is perfectly in the middle and also one top trigger is super loose really easy to click compared to the other top trigger is put in place dont jiggle any and clicks like brand new idk just for the description being NEW and let me tell you it “looks” brand new and the darn xbox logo is peeling off
