This machine I bought was not user ready so I paid way too much for it. I felt my heart strings pulled for the personal story connected to it, but upon taking the machine to an expert, they say I paid too much. The way it was shipped may have been the problem. I was going to return it, but was offered a partial refund that I accepted. I probably should have returned it as I will now need to pay to fix this up, or buy another for about the same price already refurbished. Live and learn.

Hey man these were extremely dirty
I could smell dust and soil through the box
Plus it wasn't packaged well and the box was too big. They got smashed and damaged cause there was 1 layer of bubble wrap and the big air pockets which popped (duh these things are too heavy for that kind of packaging material)
I don't have time to send them back but like 1 star man, be better
