Parcel box wasn't delivered to my home. My family member was home all the time and were expecting the delivery. I had to contact the seller to ask where the parcel was and then travelled to the local post office and asked if they got the parcel. Please change a delivery partner as there was no delivery attempt made, no delivery note left in letter box and not even a single attempt to try to contact my phone number to let me know that I should pick up the parcel myself.
