The oscillator crystal wasn't soldered to the PCB (SMD) and fell off in transit. Followed by a series of back and forth e-mails requesting pictures, my Paypal account, etc. And after several weeks of haggling (about a $10 item) I still didn't get "free return shipping" or a refund. E-bay customer service stepped in and I was supposed to get a refund 5 days ago but that didn't happen either. I have never had such a bad experience buying something on E-bay. Yes, it was that bad.
