The is a fountain pen not a ballpoint. That is evident in the photos. Pen was not working. And did not have a cartridge. After two days of soaking and many turns in the ultrasonic I was able to remove the nib unit and pull out the nib and feed. Another round in the ultrasonic and a brush on the feed, re-assembled. The pen now is functioning properly.
