Skeptical at first. I didn't think it would be any good; as it was a desperate purchase - in the hope that it would relieve pain in my hands, fingers and wrist joint. It did, not instantly I might add, but certainly after a couple of hours. It took the edge of the pain. It does not smell too bad. I am hoping it will help to significantly reduce the swelling/inflammation in my hands over time. Worth a buy if you are looking for a natural remedy as oppose to something pharmaceutical.
