Hi Jay, you had misused the bracelet. We sell at least 10 of these bracelets a day and never receive any problems. You had even admitted to us that you have broken it. We advise all our customers to treat and take care of their Jewelry. We are not responsible on how you take care of you Jewelry. As well we don't issue refunds for Jewelry that have been mistreated. We were polite even in this situation and offered you partial refund of 60% which you decided not to agree on.
