Upon arrival of this movement, the winding stem was broken. The movement was not packed in any bubble wrap just in a small box with one pad, which is not sufficient.
And there was a piece that was left in the movement, and could not be extracted so the movement was useless. contacted the seller and stated to them what had happened. They gave me the option of sending it back or accepting 30% Which I think was very disrespectful. I accepted a 50% refund. And still had to buy another movement
