Buyer reached out to us and we provided an immediate full refund. We explained to the buyer that these shoes DID NOT leave our store in this condition. As you can see from our positive feedback, we would never ship a defective item. Again, buyer was given a full refund and told to get there shoes in the event they could be repaired. We have provided customer service the best we could in this situation as we were responsive, helpful and provided a no hassle refund.
