While I have never had a bad experience with ebay, this seller, thriftywiscomama, is the best I have encountered. She immediately thanked me for the order and we shared pleasant messages about her beautiful state of Wisconsin. Then she followed up when she noticed that the package was still at my local post office. My wife and I were out of town and had our mail held. I now have the product. She was thorough and concerned that her package was not lost. Thriftywiscomama is the best!
