Excellent seller. Honest, trustworthy, and responds to messages. Sadly my guitar was damaged in transit. The seller didn't hesitate and promptly made things right. The guitar was a quality piece before the carrier messed it up. It was package very well; it just had a huge dent in the packaging. You could tell whatever did it was very heavy. Not the sellers fault at all. I'm the consumer and blame the carrier. I'd buy again; even with the circumstances. Like I said, great seller.
