Hi, I’m disappointed you left a negative feedback without giving me the opportunity to resolve your issue.
You state the lighters don’t work as they are dry, they will be dry you need to fill with lighter fuel and let it soak in before use.
I have a returns policy where I state I will refund any purchase once the items have been received my myself.
You never ask for a refund or replacement.
I have sold 20 of these lighters some customers were return customers all gave positive feedback
