Item was as described. Shipped out to me in an oversized mailer. The cassette case I received was smashed into pieces during the shipping process. No bubble wrap for protection for the cassette in the mailer. Cassette tape itself has been melted/chewed up so the tape is unplayable. Highly disappointed, would not purchase from again.
