According to tracking, the item reached ebay GSP on time, it was ebays global shipping programme that delayed your order. On contact, it appears buyer has business system not professional, hence the problem. Description does state white fronted, due to our own custom software being used to make newer maps available to older cars as BMW stopped in 2019!! Thanks
