The item was damaged in some areas when it arrived and parts were missing. The outside of the box was very damaged and had several holes. The parts inside were not secured and had nuts and bolts thrown throughout the main box area. There was a smaller box inside that had other small parts and was intact. When assembling the press there were no instructions included and 5 nuts and 6 bolts were missing. With the missing items i could not attach 2 of the arms and one of the screen holders.
