Do not expect to get the toothbrush that is advertised!
If you want a specific toothbrush I would suggest shopping elsewhere. You may not be getting the one as described on the box. Read ALL of their descriptions because they contradict the main advertisement! Mine was not advertised as missing parts but the brush head was not included either!

This buyer simply did not take the time to look at the listing. A toothbrush head replacement was not shown or mentioned. A disclaimer IN ALL CAPS was put into the description stating that we weren't sure if the toothbrush matched the model on the box. A picture of the bottom of the toothbrush was also included in case buyers would like to check the model number and don't see the description. They also refused a return and chose to take their anger out on us for something that we did not cause.
