The item’s sticker coating was torn a little. It was probably damaged through transit. I’m unsure if it scraped across another piece of the playset, but I opened the bubble wrap with my hands and the seller had each piece wrapped in layers of bubble wrap. As far as I’m aware, it was wrapped separately, but it may have been next to another piece that scraped against it, unfortunately. Overall, though, I was happy with the seller as they measured the product for me and it was delivered quickly.
