AVOID! Complete waste of money. Poor quality, more like costume jewellery. Arrived faulty and when I contacted the seller about it they accused me of making up the fault in order to get a refund and said they don’t do refunds. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money on this seller.

Apart from being undeniably insulting towards my entire business as well as myself, the necklace was not faulty, as you said it was more lightweight than what you anticipated, so no unfortunately I can't accept a return as it was in perfect condition. I said I would've been happy to weigh it for you - previously it was too heavy and dug in. You sent me completely unnecessary and rude paragraphs about how my business would fail because of it, not pleasant to communicate with you at all. :(
